ONURION BILISIM VE DANISMANLIK ("we", "us", or "our") develops and operates Snake On Duty ("the App"), an iOS game packaged with Capacitor (bundle identifier: com.onurion.snakeonduty). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
Your game progress, scores, settings, and purchased appearances (skins) are stored only on your device, using the browser's local storage (localStorage). This data is never sent to us — we do not operate a server for the App, and no account creation is required or possible.
The App uses third-party advertising networks to display ads. To serve and measure ads, these networks may access device identifiers (such as your IDFA / advertising identifier), approximate location (country/region level), and general device and usage data. This data may be processed for ad personalization and performance measurement purposes, subject to each network's own privacy policy.
On iOS, the App requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before showing personalized ads. If you decline, the App continues to show ads, but they will not be personalized based on tracking data.
You can review or withdraw this permission at any time from your device settings: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
While the App carries a general age rating of 4+, it is not listed in Apple's Kids Category.
All data stored on your device is permanently lost once you uninstall the App, since we retain no server-side copy.
