Frequently Asked Questions
Snake On Duty does not use an account or a server — your progress, gold, and unlocked skins are stored only on your device. If you delete the app or switch to a new device, this data cannot be recovered. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your save data.
Starting a level costs one heart. Hearts regenerate automatically over time. If you run out, you can watch a rewarded ad to keep playing right away instead of waiting.
You earn gold by completing levels. Gold can be spent in the in-game shop to unlock new snake skins.
You can withdraw ad tracking permission at any time from iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Ads will continue to be shown, but they will no longer be personalized based on tracking data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
